Audblog Audio Post
Listen to Jack’s funny little voice!
This is a quick test of the Audblog service, just because I like the idea of being able to telephone a website.
Technology is getting weird, no?

talk more!

Was being mindful of the price of a mobile call to American number. I might just sign up for the full subscription when I next go on holiday… after all, the lady at Dial-a-flight gave me a voice-based discount!
-
motters that made me miss you more than evah…

Oh, so it does have a use after all… and weblog comments can put a lump in the throat after all. Not long before we’re in Paris with live streaming voice audio, or ‘talking’ as I believe it used to be called! Will fire you an email about that once I’ve sobered up (last night… don’t ask.)

did i detect a slight brummie accent? where did that come from?
-
I know - I always sound semi-Brummie to me - certainly did when I was very little, on that Captain Maclean tape anyway. (is that still lost?) My accent is just mangled these days. WirralScouseGenericNorthernRPScotsBrum they call it.
-
as i explained earlier, the glaswegian intonation on the wirral/scouse phonology makes you sound more brummie
-
sorry - must get out more, and sound less like a pompous ass
-
I went to school with Jack and I too am often confused for a brummie. The Wirral has a strange link with Wolverhampton. They all moved to Ellesmere Port to build the Manchester Ship Canal and confused our dialectic identities.
Hello Jack, by the way. You coming down to London soon? -
Hello there Don - didn’t know about the Wolverhampton connection - interesting. Defo up for a trip to London over the summer sometime… also, Cowie mentioned some manner of Wirral meet-up soon to greet Andy on his return from herding cattle in Venezuela… Let’s hope we aren’t forced to go to the Firehouse for drinks.
And I just had a gander at the Passion Pictures site - blimey!
