West End Story

Actors and film-​makers, aspir­ing or pro­fes­sional, might be inter­ested in West End Story, the pro­duc­tion site for a micro-​budget DV fea­ture film shoot­ing in sunny Glas­gow this August.

Non-​thesps who don’t know a dolly grip from a dolly mix­ture should take a look too, of course, if only to get the inside track on what is doubt­less des­tined to be a fine film.

Dis­claimer: I knocked up the site last night, and the film’s producer/writer/all round auteur Gerard Sam­paio is a friend of mine. And no, I don’t know what a dolly grip is either.
