BBC7

BBC7 looks like another reason to get a Freeview box. The station is set to plunder the archives, with shows like I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue and various Hancock spots. If they start broadcasting old Just A Minutes and Round The Horne, I’m going digital.

  1. BBC7 has some great programmes but suffers from dreadful presentation. The continuity announcers think they’re presenters and some (Alex Riley in particular) seem to think they’re the reason we tune in! This, plus some painfully ‘cool’ music idents make for a very uncomfortable listen between the fantastic programmes BBC7 offers.
