Bush Out

I know that votes don’t count for much in what passes for democracy in the US, and that the election will probably be decided in the courts once again, but if any Americans reading could please place their mark next to John Kerry’s name, the rest of the world will be most grateful, since, with your help, there’s a chance we can avoid the end of the civilisation.

Thank you.

  2. Blimey. Let’s hope the numbers stick at those levels. Though given the reliability of exit polls last time, I’ll stick to feeling grimly pessimistic…

  3. Oh dear. I just stayed up most of the night watching, and it wasn’t fun. There was a weird switch on some CNN exit polls, which – in the space of half an hour – went Kerry 52/Bush 48 to Kerry 48/Bush 52 for no apparent reason, and without any understandable explanation … either way, it’s all wrong. Who’s running in 2008?
