Legs of respon­si­bil­ity - what the UN needs to regain, accord­ing to George Bush: “…in the post-​Saddam Iraq the UN will def­i­nitely need to have a role. And that way it can get - begin to get its legs - legs of respon­si­bil­ity back.”
