Government Dossier Plagiarised

This is just incredible. A Downing Street dossier on Iraq, singled out for praise by Colin Powell as he addressed the UN, was crudely plagiarised from a number of sources. Chiefly an essay by Californian postgraduate student Ibrahim al-Marash, more specifically information drawn from 12 year old documents concerning the Iraqui occupation of Kuwait. There are several instances of plagiarised material being deliberately edited to make Saddam Hussein’s regime seem more sinister.

This does rather cast doubt on everything else they’re asking us to believe about Iraq.
