Goodbye to privacy for American internet users.

Interesting to note that the BBC trot out the record label line that filesharing is behind the drop in music sales, despite the fact that there is absolutely no proof that this is the case, and some evidence that the opposite is true.

In related news: you can get a legal download fix on the 21st of March, thanks to European Digital Download Day. By the look of the site, that may well be 21st March 1997.
