Submit Response is a weblog by Jack Mottram, a Dead or alive?
- CNN reports that Bin Laden is most likely dead
- UPI have details of a forthcoming attack and video message
It matters not a jot which is true, as far as i can tell. Bin Laden is pretty much irrelevant, since the US is lining up Saddam Hussain as prime axis of evil bogeyman, and the goals of the so called ‘War Against Terror’ are so nebulous that any notional figurehead can be plucked from the ether as a focus for public and press attention while military operations continue apace against whatever state perceived as a threat to democracy/oil interests/etc.
