After a couple of false starts, there is now the option to comment on posts. Of course, since no one knows this place exists as yet, no one will comment. I can heartily reccomend snorcomments2, by the way. The installation instructions are wonderfully clear and precise, and the process itself couldn’t be easier (I speak as someone who didn’t know what chmod meant until yesterday.) All I have to do now is configure the templates, which, by the looks of it, should only require adding a link to the style sheet this page uses and tweaking the odd bit of html. Since it’s way past my bedtime, that job can wait until morning. The only thing left to do tonight is send a thank-you email to Leo Dillon, the script’s author.
